Greg MacInnes of
Hanging Around has over 14 years experience installing artwork in offices,
galleries and
homes and works very closely with Sydney's leading interior decor- ators. His experience ranges
across standard artwork installation to more challenging situations such as
the hanging of 180 china plates in Al Porto restaurant at
Star City, requiring
the manufacture of special brackets.
Greg has also coordinated a number of exhibitions
for AAP in the foyer of their building at Lang Street,
Sydney. These types of exhibitions require the hiring
of stands and lighting as well as the installation of
the artwork.
Coca-Cola is another corporate client who have
sought Greg's services in a consultancy capacity
for the framing and installation of Coca-Cola
memorabilia.
Some of the other projects managed by Hanging
Around have been the installation of over 2000
pieces of artwork at Star City, the artwork, photo-
graphs and mirrors at
Number One Martin Place
and artwork for The Ibis/Novotel, Homebush
Bay.
| Projects of this nature are extremely time sensitive and there was much care taken during the preparation stage including numerous meetings with the project managers to ensure the smooth delivery and installation of artwork to the rooms. |
